A brief history:As a child I had always wanted to be a comic book artist. I would fold and staple paper together comic book style and doodle in them. I did this for several of my early years. Eventually I stopped, and turned my attention to Star Wars and Play-doh as most kids would. As an early teen, I found audio mentors like Pearl Jam, Nirvana, Inflames, CCR, Type O Negative, Bruce Hornsby, and Weezer -- which brought me through those tumultuous years; and opened an interest in songwriting. I built a collection of several lyrical stories which I called "Ossuary." I do not know where those papers went to this day; it is possible I destroyed them. Now at 33, aware that I approach the cusp of the dreaded mid-life crisis, I turned to writing again. This time my children are the muse, the reason to push forward. I have spent the last five years dreaming, studying, practicing my skills, finding my voice, and slowly climbing to the end goal; which would be a hopefully stable future for them. I want them to see that I did something with my life, and those creative urges I always had -- would not go to waste.Writing now gives me an outlet for my ideas, as well offering me occasional moments to vent the demons inside. I hope that my works are liked and accepted throughout the world one day -- but I really only want to be famous in the eyes of my three daughters.I live in a cozy apartment with my wife and children. (Who put up with my hi-jinx and warped sense of humor) in a small town south of Albany, New York; I have gained much of inspiration through family and music, along with theoccasional vodka bender.I am always open to input so please feel free to contact me with hate mail or praise.
