It's just another day at the candy shop for Sherlock: a quiet afternoon spent more on reading his latest fantasy novel than on selling candy. The kind of day he loves, even if the looming New Year's Eve leaves him feeling nostalgic and a little lonely. But then the last person he ever expected to se...

Jack worked hard to obtain a normal life. He might not love it, but it's better than the criminal life he left behind—even if it cost literally everything, and he really does hate being a damned delivery man. On the bright side, his route includes a friendly old lady who makes the world's best cooki...

This is book # 4 in the Lovesongs series also known as The Missing Butterfly Series. This book can be read as a standalone novel. Be aware that it may contain spoilers. For reader enjoyment and understanding, I recommend reading in order. Nikko has a family crisis he must see to. He was told b...

This review can also be found at Carole's Random Life in Books.I liked this story. I don't read a whole lot of M/M romances but I do enjoy them every once in a while. For those of you that know Megan Derr's fairy tales this is another story in a similar vein. This one is slightly higher on the heat scale with not one but two sexytimes scenes. The story is familiar, as fairy tales should be, but told with style and sweetness.

Kamir is on the verge of losing everything. Knowing full well he can't meet the ultimatum his parents have issued, he instead finally puts in motion his plans to live completely independent of them. His plans are interrupted, however, by the unexpected return of his despised ex-husband—and thrown ev...

Not my favourite Megan Derr and I'm struggling to put my finger on why. The characters are great. Sarcastic, funny, snippy. Anderson especially is so against 'type' as unicorns are expected to be. I loved their banter and the way this didn't stop as the romance progressed. The concept of the story r...

It's said that 'we should start as we mean to go on'... So that's what I'm going to do. From the first book my reviews have started at the cover and this one is no different. Seriously, these are some of the most beautiful book covers that I've seen in a very long time. While each cover is uniquel...
