Mel Thomas is a former commercial marijuana grower who was given a five year prison sentence for his crimes. He now works closely with Bud Buddies and its founder Jeff Ditchfield. They research and produce cannabis oils for medicinal use in Spain. They both worked closely with film maker George Wilkins to produce the universally acclaimed documentary, "Project Storm", that premiered at The Prince Charles Cinema in Leicester square London and is now available for viewing free on YouTube. Despite suffering from terminal cancer himself Howard Marks (pictured right) gave his full support and help to the documentary and it is a sad reminder of how cancer affects so many of us.
