Somewhat different and somewhat the same as others of hers, it has a fiesty female lead caught up in a situation she really has no control over with a guy in tow who insists that she needs help and she ends up rescuing at least once. Fun and laugh-out-loud.

Good book. Typical Janet Evanovich book, in that it was light, funny, and a mystery. I liked the NASCAR angle to it since I'm a fan, and I also liked the main character. Good no brainer read.

I didn't really like this one. Seems like she's a completely different author with these books. It had its moments where I laughed out loud, but still.. not as good as Plum. Still going to read the next one though.

This time around the heroine is Barney, a blond gal who grew up around mechanics. Her love interest is a blond Nascar driver who thinks he's just the h...

A great read for sure! Sometimes while reading, I’d start laughing out loud and Mike would look at me like he missed something! Heh, of course he did, he’s not reading along with me… :)Anyhoo, I really enjoyed the characters. Barney, Hooker, Judey and Brian… all favorites. Though I’ve only read the ...
