I'm a Jewish believer in Jesus (I came to faith in 1971 as a heroin-shooting, LSD-using, hippie rock drummer) with a Ph.D. in Near Eastern Languages and Literatures from NYU. I've written 25 books, ranging from wake-up calls to the Church of America to detailed scholarly monographs on biblical subjects, along with numerous volumes on answering Jewish objections to Jesus. I've had the joy of speaking throughout America and in more than 25 countries worldwide, and I host the nationally syndicated, daily talk radio show The Line of Fire. I'm founder and president of FIRE School of Ministry in Concord, NC and also serve as a visiting or adjunct professor at a number of different seminaries. My wife, Nancy, and I have been married for 38 years and have two wonderful daughters and four incredible grandchildren.
