A Midwestern baby boomer, Michael served six years in the military, earned an MBA, spent 10 years in Corporate America, then became an entrepreneur. Specializing in selling small businesses to strategic buyers, Michael retired to Arizona in 2014 to write full-time. Michael's interests include international travel, global politics, demographics, science fiction, and healthcare technology. Much of his writing is based on observations made while traveling to 40 countries in Asia, Europe, North and South America in the past two decades. Michael writes about the recent past, the present, and the near future. Several more novels are planned in 2016.
