Well, that wasn't nice. I was enjoying Batman and Robin because of their chemistry and it was pretty good fun, not too complicated, but FUN. This one? NOT fun. Alfred, damn you, you made me cry.
Issue #18 is the real stand out here. The art is amazing throughout, but this issue really nails it.Read as a digital arc, full review to follow
So... I like superheroes. and I love the Western aesthetic, even if I'm not the biggest fan of traditional westerns as far as reading (movies are another matter!). So when I heard this was a thing, I started hunting.And then I heard that Booster Gold and Blue Beetle were in there and I was just sold...
Never liked multiple artists on one series, even if I can understand why it was done. So far, least favourite Morrison Batman stuff, but I still liked and enjoyed it.
