Mike Knudson was born in Salt Lake City, Utah. He spent his childhood surrounded by who he describes as the best friends in the world. They would later become the inspiration behind his humorous RAYMOND AND GRAHAM series. Mike's best friend, Steve, even helped with the first book. In fact Mike's middle name is Raymond and his friend Steve's middle name is Graham.Here are a few extremely important facts you should know about Mike. He plays the banjo. He loves burritos and oatmeal. His favorite vacation spot is the beach, where he loves to boogie board. Mike stands six-feet, four-inches tall and weighs 200 pounds on a good day . . . a very good day. He hates fish, was born cross-eyed, and an angry driver once threw a sandwich at him. Sometimes he gives himself a haircut, and when he was nine years old he accidentally burned down his neighbor's fence with his friend Gary. Never play with matches! I mean NEVER! When Mike isn't writing, he is traveling the country visiting elementary schools. In fact, he visits around 150 schools each year.
