For nearly 20 years, I have been in the business of creating fun, innovative team building events for groups throughout the US, Europe and Latin America. I've facilitated team building sessions for hundreds of organizations ranging from Fortune 500 companies to small businesses, nonprofit groups and government agencies. Some of the clients I have worked with include Intel, Liberty Mutual Insurance, Pearson Digital Learning, AAA, McKinsey & Company, Charles Schwab, American Express, UPS, Motorola, Discover Financial Services, the Federal Highway Administration and more. I'm a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the American Society for Training 
and Development, and I received my bachelor's degree in Organizational Communication from Arizona State University. I founded PossibiliTEAMS (possibiliteams.com), a company specializing in innovative corporate team building and training events, in 2008.
