My least-favourite of the Vorkosigan saga. Too much fucking up and torture for my tastes. Still very readable.
A bit long in the middle, and I had to switch from paper to audio to really push through it, but the payoff was well worth it in terms of time with Cordelia and Aral and character development for Mark, who no longer has to function as a hypothetical threat/challenge.
