The only thing I really liked about this story was the emotional healing of a troubled boy. The pace was slow with too much time spent thinking about their past. I never did like the heroine and her choices. Seven years after she broke up with him, Laurel asks psychologist Trent to help her son.
My first book by MF. I'll definitely be picking up more. Emotional but flawed.
