Super-cute drawings, super-boring repeating text.This would work best for a child at the first stages of learning to read, as it not only uses the same few words over and over but also has visual cues to help guess the non-repeated words.
Gravett is cool. The rhythm and repetition of this one would make it very good for a preschool or kindergarten read-aloud. Plus, there's animals to act out.
