I started this series quite a while ago and tossed it aside because I just couldn't get into it. This time I listened to it in audiobook format and loved it so much I listened to them in sequence. I enjoyed every moment of it.

Great Urban Fantasy! I originally read Moon Called, but decided to try out the Audiobook. I loved it all over again. Great cast of characters and a wonderful plot. This series is one of my favorites. I own all of the Mercy Thompson books and decided that I would try to re-read some of them since I just finished the latest book and really wanted some Mercy to read. Brilliant!! Mercy is a more relatable heroine than you usually get in urban fantasy and she gets left out if the action sometimes but the story doesn't suffer for it.First in a series so there's a lot of world building but it's more interesting to read than laboursome.

A re-read. This is one of the best urban fantasy novels I’ve read. The heroine, Mercy Thompson, is a shifter: she turns into a coyote. Although she works as an auto-mechanic – a rather mundane occupation – and her world seems a mirror of our own, it is full of paranormal creatures. There are werewol...

This review can also be found at Carole's Random Life.I love it when I can read a book for a second time and enjoy even more than the first time. There are a few book worlds that I hate to leave and Mercy's world is one of them. When I finished reading [b:Fire Touched|25776210|Fire Touched (Mercy ...
