The subject of communication fascinates me. As an author, health care professional, trainer and International workshop leader, effective communication is something that I strive for and believe is at the heart of everything. If we could all communicate better with each other, with nature and connect more with our internal communication processes the world would be a better place. I like to write with touches of insight, humour and good common sense and lots of metaphor which not only helps understanding but speaks directly to the mind at an unconscious level.
