This was a sweet, short story. The ending could be predicted from earlier in the book, but it was still an enjoyable read. I really liked the best-friends-to-lovers theme, because the characters had a long history together and really knew each other.
My rating is lower than the book probably deserves because I just read the exact same story from the same author, with the same sex scenes, the same plot devices, the same phrases, etc. I mean, the reason they have sex is pretty much the same.Regardless of whether or not this felt like a copy+paste ...
