Rating - 3.5/5This was my least favorite book of the series. Didn't really enjoy it, mainly because at certain moments it felt like pointless teenage banter, which made me not want to read it.Review to be added soon
Okay. I'm going to give you some friendly advice, Kaylee, because I like you. I really, really do. But I also want to slap you. Hard.Yes, your ex-boyfriend did something horrible. Yes, he treated you badly. Yes, he lied, he kept secrets and tried his Influence on you. I get that you are pissed. But w...
3.5 I'm not sure this one deserves 4 stars but I'm going to round up anyways. Even though Kaylee drove me pretty crazy with her jealously and shrew attitude. I spent most of the book wanting to smack her. :/ Hopfully this doesn't continue in the next book.
Originally at The Secret Life of a BookwormI'm actually finding it really hard to write this review because I still haven't gotten over this book yet. Rachel Vincent takes you on a roller coaster ride in this book. There's so many things thrown at you, so many ups and down and twists and turns that...
Check out my other listens at Eargasms Audiobook ReviewsAlright, I need to get this out to start things off, I hate the way that the teens in this series wait until the very last minute to involve the older wiser adults in their lives of the dangers they are facing. Every time I think "Hey, maybe if...
Really? That ending sucked ass. Oh yeah, Kaylee...maybe you should learn to use your damn words instead of just over-thinking everything. Nash, pull your head out of your ass. Sabina, maybe you would have other 'good things' in your life if you were not such a raging bitch. Tod, oh Tod. You were a t...
(Deutsche Kritik weiter unten)Flawed, but worthwile without a doubt! The book starts out on a less than happy note: Nash is battling his addiction to Demon's Breath, Kaylee is struggling with her conflicting emotions. On the one hand, she is feeling betrayed, shell-shocked and hurt by what Nash did -...
Wow this book made me feel a range of emotions. Rage, hurt, hope, anxiety ... Kinda glad it is over, not sure I could take much more of that!I am going to start this review with a story of my own …Back when I was in high school I was not popular but not picked on either. It was a pleasant experience...
Kaylee is really starting to get on my nerves now! Seriously!! If only Tod wasn't so cute, I would have stopped reading the series. In the previous part of the series, Nash is discovered to be addicted to Demon's Breath. I think being his girlfriend Kaylee would be there to help him through. Not only...
