California opera singer, translator, voice talent, and writer Nanette McGuinness translates fiction, non-fiction, and graphic novels for children and adults. She is the translator for over 40 books: California Dreamin': Cass Elliot before the Mamas and the Papas, the wildly successful Geronimo Stilton Graphic Novels with Papercutz, Thea Stilton Graphic Novels, Dinosaurs Graphic Novels, Sea Creatures Graphic Novels, The Sisters, Mickey's Inferno, and and the final volume of Vittorio Giardino's No Pasaran (Sin Ilusion) as well as Sherlock, Lupin, and Me #3: The Mystery of the Scarlet Rose, Sherlock, Lupin and Me #4: The Cathedral of Fear, Enchanted Emporium #3: The Map of the Passages and Enchanted Emporium #4: The Thief of Mirrors. With over 2 dozen roles to her name and 3 CDs, McGuinness is the co-director of the contemporary chamber group Ensemble for These Times.
