Bought this cookbook because my oldest is vegetarian and prefers vegan. The recipes I've tried in this cookbook have all been easy to prepare and tasty.

Read in August 2010I thought this book was well written in Alicia's quirky style. Since I have been vegan for years the information was not new to me, however, it would enlighten those who are not vegan or are new to veganism. The book is written in a non-confrontational manner which may allow more ...
