Neal Levin is a game designer, author, and publisher. He is a member of the Garden State Horror Writers, EPIC, HWA, and SFWA. As a publisher he is the Acquisitions Editor for Dark Quest Books, and former Editor-in-Chief for ADF Publications. As a short story author he has work in anthologies from many publishers, but most suggest he shouldn't hold his breath waiting on a responce. Luckily as a Mer he doesn't have the problem.
