This is, as far as I can tell, a pretty realistic story of an American just out of college who goes to live in Prague for a year and have an Experience. And, like in most cases, he does. He grows into his own skin, as you have to do at that age, he meets some interesting people, and maybe some not...
It was tedious reading about what the protagonist was doing from day to day and place to place. The plot doesn't really go anywhere. I made a sigh of relief when I reached the end because I didn't have to care/read it again. It was incredibly dull.
