Neil [George] Ayres is the author of over thirty published stories, writing speculative fiction without the benefit of a middle name. A novel, The New Goodbye, which will be coming soon for the Kindle, is available as part of a multimedia app for the iPhone, developed by Russell Quinn of McSweeney's and featuring illustrations by Johanna Basford.Neil's work has featured in several award-winning anthologies, and one of his stories, Remembrance, was recorded by acclaimed British actor Christopher Eccleston as part of Tate Modern's TH.2058 series.
