Re-Read:August 18 - August 28I gotta say I enjoyed this the second time almost as much as the first. Kevn’s vocal dramatization of the words I was already familiar with did not disappoint. The consummate funny man brought so much energy and character to his words of wisdom. It was great to revisit h...

I Picked Up This Book Because: Kevin Hart wrote it. You dog on right I’m going to read it. This book depicts the beginnings of Kevin Hart. From short kid with zero free time, thanks to his mom’s determination to keep him off the streets, to the superstar funny man we all know and love today. It was...

I was thinking this would be good cos I like a lot of the songs, but it was a pretty tired series of stories. I couldn't even get through Lester Bang's first one. The ones I liked the best were from songs I didn't know but none of them really stood out to me.

Are you overcome with dread at the possibility of becoming a refugee from your safe, comfortable lifestyle? Do yo...

This was one of those memoirs where they try to fill out the pages with random lists and poems, etc. I was a bit surprised that Marilyn Manson would use the same trick as Jenna Jameson to try to make it seem like there was more to his book than there was. I don't think you can take much of the boo...

I was a fan of Marilyn Manson in my teens, and I read this book back then. I was surprised; I was expecting something more transgressive and less level-headed. This coming-of-age story was a reasonably good read. I don't care for sex-drugs-&-rock-n-roll anecdote, but there is some more interesting m...
