Some unnecessary hand-wringing and pearl-clutching in the fourth act, but it had been going really will until then.
It would have been difficult to top Ella and Cope for me.... I enjoyed this one because I was looking forward to Adrian's story. I loved Gillian and Miles and how Adrian fit right in and made the family complete. I felt the ending was a bit abrupt but I do know we get more of them in the new serie...
Reread 11/15/12: I was still bothered by the way Adrian acted in the beginning and how quickly they fell into bed. That aside I enjoyed the progression of the relationship and how each had to compromise to make it work. I love the Brown family and I'm glad we got to see more of them together.
