It's been awhile since I've read the first book. Having said that, I was able to quickly get back into the action. Loved how confident Ami was. Enjoyed the romance develop between Ami and Marcus. And with this installment I will leave this series behind. The heros seem interchangeable, Marcus was not interesting enough, his "special" power never made an appearance and so all this was about was the romance. Which was boring.
