I really liked the world this one was based in. Very different from the Night Huntress books. Calling them partial demons was kind of silly, but she couldn't really call them half demons since Mara and her sister are both only 1/8 demon.
I love Jeaniene Frost because she's able to create such strong female leads in each of the books she writes. Completely different from anything we've read from Frost before. There are no vampires, but demons (Partials and Purebloods) and Fallen (as in angels). Really interesting world. I enjoyed it.

Hm.. what can I say? When I was asked to review this I jumped at the chance. I just saw the title and the author and didn't even try to find the blurb of what it is about.
