And since this is Nick Spencer's co-author on Damnation, that means this is towing Spencer's line. Sorry, no, you have the ability to say no to that bullshit, but Nick Spencer was the one responsible for Marvel gas lighting us in a way: it was his storyline that cornered them into that. You ha...

Nick Spencer is co-heading Damnation. Still mad at Nick Spencer. This is also written by the dude who's co-writing Damnation. So... yeah, not a huge fan of his on a personal level, despite loving this title. It's clever, it's fun, and if only the author hadn't thrown in with Spencer...

A traumatic story of a pride of lions in Baghdad escaping after US bombed the city. A very ironic ending about freedom. After US soldiers killed them, they said the pride of lions are finally "free".

Still with the sucky art, the inexplicable mashups, and with Daken being an insufferable dick. Although this happened last volume: And this volume makes me think they should have incredibly angry sex.

Five stars for the gorgeous artwork. No stars for the forgettable writing and weird rape subplot.
