The first half of the book is great, especially the first love scene, which is brilliant. The second half was a disappointment. This romance suffered in comparison to Meredith Duran and Joanna Bourne's rich, thrilling stories. Bourne's spy masters definitely trump Cassie, and for romance between troubled individuals, Duran did it better. Still, the moment when Grey hugs Cassie was lovely, and I was happy for them in the end...
