Of course some of the 'errors' may be because our heroine is half American! There is a lot of ribald humor woven into this story, a wonderful mystery to solve and some very ...

I think I would have liked this better had Gillian's Unfortunate Habit not been so extreme. Too some extent it's funny, ha ha, but quickly gets old that she is so clumsy, idiotic, etc. That being said, Gillian is a very likeable character.

Very funny with several moments that had me laughing out loud. I thoroughly enjoyed reading this even though I quickly identified the villain.

This is a re-read from my keeper shelf. It holds up well with each reading- I never skim, and I just the the H/h and the various interactions with secondary characters. And I stilled snickered at all my favorite bits!

OK if you want a story that will have you rolling on the floor with hysterical belly laughs then you need to read this book.....it was like watching a comedy of errors and yet you had to like the characters because they were actually human
