Noelle frequently offers pop culture commentary on television, including VH1, Entertainment Tonight, Access Hollywood, and Fox & Friends. She was born and raised in Houston, Texas. and now lives in Manhattan with her parakeets, Jesus and Stuart. Her parents are still holding out for law school.
