Noland is the Co-Founder and Social Good Marketing Strategist at [B]cause Media, and creator of the Social Media Optimization (SMO) books. Noland spent 20 years in the United States Air Force where he initiated and spearheaded Air Force Recruiting marketing and training programs that were implemented nationwide to increase personnel recruitment and retention -- earning numerous of awards and accolades for his work and honorable service.In 2009, Noland started his own company, [B]cause Media, to help catapult small businesses and small nonprofits into the social spaces with social communication and social media marketing strategies and tactics. Noland likes to be on the pulse of emerging social media marketing tools and trends. He trains and simplifies the power of social media to individuals and organizations with ease and understanding. Noland lives by his personal motto of "You Are Defined by What You Give." He is a Do-Good Enforcer and an avid volunteer. He holds an undergraduate degree in Marketing and Master's Degree in Business Management.
