It took me a little bit to get into this one but after I did I really liked it. I loved this fun fairy tale.
The writing is a little rough in places and the beginning is slow, but overall it's an enjoyable story and the action at the end was very exciting.
Fun little fantasy tale, esp. Ed's constantly mixed up aphorisms and adages and proverbs. Just a simple, funny tale you could read with your kids or give them. Beware the ending: set up for a sequel, only the sequel adds little to the overall story and this story did not really require a sequel.
