I loved this book!!! So you take a ride on a mystery train through Whodunnitville. At times you think you know who the real culprit is, and in the end it turned out I was right, but not before a few twists and turns along the way. I loved these four characters who were under investigation. Nate, the...

Twisty-turny breakfast-club-ish story that keeps you on the edge of your seat. I actually figured out what was going on towards the end (but maybe I was supposed to figure it out). I thoroughly enjoyed this book and will read more by this author.

Five students end up in detention and one dies. The other four are under suspicion for murder. The dead student wrote an on-line gossip column that seems to be true. And each of the suspects has secrets he/she wants hidden. Who is guilty? I enjoyed this story. It is a fast read but I was gues...

Five high-school students in the San Diego suburb Bayview are given detention for having cell phones in their bags. But the odd thing is the phones are not theirs. One of the students, Bronwyn, tries to make this point by holding up her actual phone, which was stowed in her locker when she was nabbe...

I enjoyed this a whole lot more than I expected! I came of age in the eighties, so I saw The Breakfast Club in the theater, and the set up for this book was really appealing to me. Each of the main characters is outwardly a teen archetype: bad boy Nate, star athlete Cooper, ivy-league bound brain...

Oh the majority of this book was so freaking good! I loved the description of this being "The Breakfast Club Meets Pretty Little Liars." The ending though ruined what came before (IMHO). I think that the author wanted things wrapped up neatly with HEAs, it just didn't make much sense since this whol...

One of Us Is Lying is the story of what happens when five strangers walk into detention and only four walk out alive. Everyone is a suspect, and everyone has something to hide. Pretty damn exciting, right?! I’ve seen this book everywhere and after reading the synopsis, I definitely wanted to read it...

I finally managed to finish this! I enjoyed it, but it wasn't amasing. It was about a bunch of teenagers who are in detention together and one doesn't make it out alive. Sounds like a play on The Breakfast Club and it is, with a thriller twist added. The characterisation was good, but not outstand...

On Monday afternoon, five students at Bayview High end up in detention together. None of them are friends and they're all completely different from one another. Bronwyn is the smart girl, over-achiever and she never breaks a rule. Addy is the pretty girl and homecoming princess, and she has the hott...
