P. V. LeForge was born in Detroit but has lived most of his life in Florida. A graduate of Florida State University with a Masters degree in Writing, he has published a book of short stories and five books of poetry. He is currently at work on a series of suspense novels about the oddities of living in a small town. A former bookstore owner, he is also working on a book of short stories about the interesting people and stories that presented themselves to him there. Finally, he also has a novel in the works about a policeman involved in the race riots in Detroit in 1943.
