Born and raised in Takoma Park, Maryland, Pam Fisher has always adored children. She and her husband, Dave, of almost 40 years have three children, Amy-39, David-28 and Matthew-23. She grew up babysitting a lot of the neighborhood children and her younger sister, Trish. She is the most loving and giving person around. She has dedicated her whole life to the nurturing of children, whether it be her own or the children which she teaches. For over 20 years, Pam has been working with Kindegarten and First Grade students as a Teaching Assistant and loves nurturing and teaching the children. Pam has received her CDA (Child Development Accredidation) certification as well. "Pammy the Pig" is her first published children's book, but be sure to look out for more children's books from her in the future!
