Ugh, it was just so boring. And not "nothing is happening" kind of boring, more like "this just really isn't all that engaging" sort of boring. Lots of shit was happening, almost too much - but none of it was keeping me entertained or interested. I was just pushing through.

I absolutely loved this book. I was hooked from the start. It was really nice to see less of a he-man alpha male as the main character. A little vulnerability never hurt anyone!
