Peggy Webb...This USA Today Bestselling author lives in a turn of century cottage in Mississippi where she also writes as Elaine Hussey. The prolific author of more than 70 books in multiple genres says she "enjoys gardening, playing piano, singing in the church choir, and spending time on the front porch or at a beach somewhere with family and friends." Reviewers call her a "comedic genius" and "one of the Southern Literary greats," but she calls herself "a country girl who loves porch swings, sweet tea, and B.B. King blues." Peggy composed the blues lyrics that thread throughout The Sweetest Hallelujah (written as Elaine Hussey), a literary fiction novel that garnered cricital acclaim. Peggy has won numerous awards and several of her books have been optioned for film. She's says, "I'm hoping my stories make it to the big screen while I can still fit into my movie premiere dress!" Peggy is excited about bringing her romance classics back as e-books. "I love these strong women and sexy heroes," she says. "As I edit, I'm falling in love all over again. I hope you will, too!" However, after each chapter you read a small chapterkind that has Elvis’ thoughts on the situation and that I d...

Can someone please put a ZERO STARS rating in these reviews? TAMING MAGGIE by Peggy Webb, was, in a word, vomit worthy. The "heroine" goes from being a strong, determined, honorable woman, an animal rights activist with a good heart and a wonderful soul, to being a weak willed, whiny, oversexed seco...

This was light enough for me to not care that I didn't understand why Callie and Jack were separated in the first place. Even though this book felt jumpy in places, I want to read the rest of the series to see what the characters get up to next.
