Peter David is the New York Times bestselling author of numerous Star Trek novels, including the incredibly popular New Frontier series. In addition, he has also written dozens of other books, including his acclaimed original novel, Sir Apropos of Nothing, and its sequel, The Woad to Wuin. The Gunslinger story told chronologically, this series starts with material pulled from book IV, Wizard and Glass, the same book that ended my interest in the Dark Tower. If you liked book IV, I see no reason why you wouldn't like this.
Good art, typical gut wrenching King plot points and a good beginning to the Gunslinger saga.
