Petra Whiteley, residing in UK, is an author of the following poetry collections: 'The Nomad's Trail', published in 2008 (Ettrick Forest Press), a chapbook 'The Moulding of Seers' in 2009 (Shadow Archers Press), 'Exhibition Of Defined Moments' in 2011 and 'The Liquid Metropolis' in 2012 (erbacce-press). Whiteley's work has been described as 'Gothic Realism' and even 'Post-Gothic Existentialism'. Her children's book 'Watchmaker's Quartet And The Shattered Pendulum' was released on Kindle in 2011 and describes a surrealistic adventure. Whiteley is a regular writer of articles and reviews for the Glasgow Review, Osprey and Eleutheria. Her reviews of CDs and interviews with various musicians regularly appear in Reflections of Darkness, a dark music webzine.
