Philip Blood is a novelist, screenwriter, and video game designer living in Southern California. He grew up traveling Europe where he attended two boarding schools and had many childhood adventures. Philip's love affair with fantasy and science fiction genres began at an early age at an English boarding school on the North Sea of Germany. He read the Hobbit when he was a child and then started reading everything he could get his hands on, averaging a book a day for many years.When Philip grew into a young man he went to college as a film major, and English minor. He started writing and making table top games. After years of creating custom fantasy worlds for games, he finally set out to write his first novel series, set in a fantasy world of his creation. Since that time Philip has finished seven fantasy novels, and is in progress on several more.He also became interested in combining his experience in writing and making table top games and got into the computer game industry back when it first started. He has been creating games ever since, and is currently the lead designer on an upcoming fantasy MMO world of his creation.Recently Philip has gotten back into the film industry, and has written a feature length film script that is currently in production.Philip has started publishing some of his books now that the digital download age has arrived, and will continue to put out new novels over time. Most recently he published his four book Cathexis series. His NexLord series (3 books) has also been released in its entirety.
