A graduate of Oxford University, Philip Brian Hall has been a diplomat, teacher, amateur jockey and web designer. He also claims to have sailed around the Adriatic on a windjammer; the truth is he was just a passenger, though he did manage to climb to the crow's nest.Having decided to settle down and put all this experience to good use as a writer, he has had science fiction and fantasy short stories published by AE The Canadian Science Fiction Review, T Gene Davis's Speculative Blog and The Sockdolager. More stories await publication. Philip's novel, The Prophets of Baal, is available both in paperback and as an e-book.The novel is largely set in rural England, though Philip lives on a small farm in Scotland with his wife and assorted animals.
