This book was definitely weird. While I understand it is written as a satire, most of it went over my head since it is so specific to the time period in which it was written. this novel is one of the best novels in 18th century as we know , every satirist is a reformer , as the satire always aims to correcting humans follies and human vices swift in this book had pinpointed the follies and vices which he had witnessed in the english society of his time
