A very funny book about the death of Evelyn Petersen and the mayhem that follows. Greedy relatives, drunk ex-husband, lovers and two other subplots. this is funny and sad if possible at the same time.The narrator is brilliant has a laconic laid-back style which superbly suits the writing which is as it should be since Garrison Leillor is both author and narrator.If you have ever listened to Lake Wobegon on the radio this is for you
