If this is the 'hands on' practice book, I'd hate to have to read the more theoretical The Power of Now. Perhaps I've been spoiled by Jon Kabat-Zinn's books, which are much more practical, and delve much more into the specifics of practice. I could see using this book as an addition to a meditatio...
