WOW!! I've got a few things to say about this book, so where to start? I'm kind of shocked and puzzled by the negative and neutral reviews on this book. I think that the book is kind of poorly classified and marketed. From the cover and title I was expecting a sort of fluffy vampire story, and t...

I really felt like this book was written to be more confusing than necessary. In the end some things remained unexplained. I imagine I would have liked it better if the author had explained the main character's transformation a bit better.

Of the various covers on display, this is the one the KitKatPandaBatWolf chose for me. Hey, fine with me. I love Block.***Really sad. Vampirism as a metaphor for grief. Oh, how I would have loved this as an angsty teen.

Charlotte seems to have it all. She lives in a lavish mansion, has clothes busting out of her closets, and no adult supervision. But, like usual, things aren’t always the way they seem. Charlotte is a vampire and longs for a friend. She thinks she has found the perfect girl to fill that role whe...
