Urgh. I have got to stop reading Ms Derr's books or my average rating will shoot up into impossibly high numbers because of all the 5-stars I give away. . . Dieter is my favorite. The dialogue is so ... normal. People really do scoff and speak like this, though the accident of them all speaking common languages is a little hard to believe.
