Just ok. The underlying theme didn't bother me, I just don't like this era. I'd prefer my historical novels to be a bit more recent
I read this once when I was a teenager. Its slightly more than just a historical romance and actually borders on erotica as well. And its very explicit it some ways. Review oh review... much later.
