The Prophecy Stones series is a story of how the pure love and honest trust that exists between adults and children can overcome the violent greed and betrayal of those ambitious for power.
When the ruling Council of Witches, the Wicca, find that they have been betrayed, it is too late to prevent the tragic turn of events that will see hundreds of thousands of happy families turned into refugees, running for their lives, leaving their valued possessions behind. Fire Pool is the first book. Nesta, a ten-year-old, with remarkable powers of both magic and reasoning for such a young child, is chosen to fight against the might of Fajra, The Witch of Fire and her supporters, who include the corrupt Lord Mool and his army of ten thousand soldiers. To help Nesta, a young man, Kynn, is taken from the elite ranks of the famous Red Cloaks and given the task of protecting her with his life. Between them they have almost no hope of succeeding in the seemingly impossible task, but, on their journey in search of the Prophecy Stones, they make unbreakable friendships with several unlikely companions. The memorable, giant Huffer, is a fiercely independent wild creature which is prepared to give up its isolation to follow Nesta, and Wireni is an awe-inspiring golden hachi, one of the fastest creatures in the world, and the leader of a herd which has never been caught and tamed by humans.
The first task for them all is to discover and activate the Fire Pool, a secret source of Wicca Magic. Nesta and Kynn must get there before the Fire Witch, to set in motion the change in the world that is needed to stop the cruelty and heartbreak for millions the world over.

Light Seeker is the second book. Despite activating the Fire Pool, Nesta and Kynn must next discover the whereabouts of the Prophecy Stones, but the Power of Fajra is growing stronger and the reach of her followers is increasing. Lord Mool intends to invade the magical city of Nag and, once that is won, the whole of Mundo is under threat, from the south right to the north. Fajra's alliance with the Pysgot and Skyke has reached a fever pitch with both sets of creatures anxious to secure the death of Nesta and Kynn.
Although Nesta has found friendships in Peyla, Jessica and Taiven, amongst others, such is the devastation being wrought on Mundo that it is growing increasingly difficult for them to stay together, their strengths being needed in differing parts of the country, tearing the tiny alliance apart.
As Nesta decides on her next strategy, it seems that Fajra is able to hone in on her talents and turn her Power against her, rendering her helpless.

Dark Betrayer is the third book and Fajra and Nesta must face one another and so finally decide the fate of the world: Fajra's desire for overarching power and dominance, or Nesta's hope for peace and balance for the thousands whose hopes rest solely on her.

Fajra has accumulated a force of soldiers and creatures, who are equally ambitious for a stake in the new power of the world, whilst Nesta has only a few trustworthy friends, but is struggling to stay in contact with them.

Nesta accepts that she must face Fajra, for the time of running and hiding is past and only a short period is left for her to have any hope of denting Fajra's desire for dominance.
