I missed book 2 in the series (due to it not having the £0.00 price tag!) but I hadn't really missed any essential plot. The story wanders along in a similar vein to the first. Characters have moved on as expected. New people have their own secrets... essential to the story, so not spoilers being ad...

A nice Sunday read. Lots of characters, and a bit confusing at times. Many plot twists, and the obligatory romantic nonsense common to these books.Recommended, at the right price!

A good mystery. The author pulled me in at the very first paragraph and kept me in her grasp until the very end of the story. The plot had enough twists and turns to keep me guessing (mostly guessing incorrectly) until the very end. I would have liked to have a little more of the character’s backgro...
