Some of Rachel Barnard's greatest accomplishments have been eating an entire half-gallon of ice cream in one sitting, winning a boot toss and a Pinewood Derby race, and publishing Ataxia and the Ravine of Lost Dreams.My father says that I've written my autobiography more times than he can count and when I started writing at such a young age, what did I have to talk about? I have a lot to write about, the aforementioned Derby race happened before I was ten, for example. I can't recall the exact moment I decided to become a writer because it was never a decision for me, it was just what I was interested in doing. I have written poetry (my compiled poetry is available in Wandering Imagination), short opinion pieces, short stories, and novels. I never stop dreaming and aspiring as an author.
