As expected from a book compiling 6-word memoirs from teens, many of the results were intensely emotional, melodramatic and self-important, with the occasional humour. It was a quick read with few gems, and not all that interesting to me.
This is a great collection of what you can find for free on the internet on sites like FML. It's good on your computer screen and it's good in print, but I suggest you get a pirated copy to save money.
This was a lovely little capsule of teen reality. There are six word memoirs in here that made my eyes fill with tears as well as those that made me snort with laughter. It's amazing what a person can pack into six words. I think that this should be in every middle and high school library.
